Description
The MC-5 was probably the most advertised General Radiotelephone CB. The MC-5 was much like the MC-4 but had a stronger transmitter. This was the last General with the tone signal thanks to the FCC. It was replaced with a Bull Horn on the MC-6. The MC-5 had a real nice ceramic chrome plated Electro Voice microphone. [Paul SWL #45]
