Physical Description
The Handic 2305 is a base station CB radio housed in a metal cabinet with an integrated speaker. The front panel includes a channel selector, volume/on-off control, squelch control, and a multifunction meter.
The meter supports S/RF and SWR functions with a selector switch and calibration control. The unit includes Automatic Noise Limiter (ANL), Public Address capability, and a sub-receiver for priority channel monitoring with an indicator.
Rear panel connections include antenna, external speaker, PA speaker, and AC power input, along with provisions for meter calibration and accessory connections. Internal construction follows typical mid-1970s crystal-controlled design with plug-in crystals and discrete components.
